Silence the soul, the time it will pass. In love in pain, memories last. And it's eyes to the skies, looking for something, it's not there.
Real like a dream, but cold to the touch. And the dead end job, promises much. And money is the game, everyone's sold on, but not me.
Oh desperate night, deaf to the light. There's a perfect tone, to give us our sight. And I am alive, well that's what I tell myself, is it true?
And we're always alone. And we're never alone.
And the sound of the living, is the same as the one's who are gone.
There's a voice in the dark, it's after my heart.
But I'm stronger than most, I don't give up the ghost.
